Confidentiality
All information is kept confidential
Refering to the Swiss authorities, practice and ethical laws, Tellus never
give information about your insurances or your private information to third
parties.
Below you will
find what the practices means.
Due to
restrictions imposed upon us by the Swiss government, and the ethical
practices to which we adhere, Tellus will not, in any circumstance, release
any information regarding our clients to any third party, regarding any
aspect of our clients´ insurance policies, nor will we disclose any of our
clients´ personal information.
Any and all requests for such information by third parties, whether oral or
written, will be refused and denied. This denial of requests includes, but
is not limited to, any and all requests made by any and all organizations,
spouses, persons attempting to exercise power-of-attorney, or any other
person or entity making such requests.
Of course, the policyholder has the right at any time to obtain any
information they desire regarding their own policy, and any requests for
client information will be forwarded to the client, along with the
requested information. The client may then forward that information to
whoever they choose at their discretion. In all other cases, the
confidentiality of the client will be protected.

Sometimes Tellus hold seminar abroad and visit new places. We discuss which insurances that are
important to have as an expat, as a family or if you are locally
employed.
After the seminars you can book a private meeting with Tellus,
which of course is free of charge for you as an individual and also for
companies.
